1. Determine the purpose of your appraisal.

2. Call to schedule the inspection.

3. Prepare a list of information including any updates, improvements or other pertinent information.

4. Provide access for scheduled inspection. Ask questions! I am happy to discuss any concerns or needs during your inspection.

5. I will gather information on-site such as square footage, building material types, condition, deferred maintenance, upgrades/updates, and location attributes or detriments.

5. Post inspection: I will take the information from the inspection and research and analyze local market data to complete a comprehensive report that is easy to understand.

6. Delivery of report in PDF digital format.
